GMAP provides an analysis of the ability to complete a project successfully, taking into account legal, economic, technological, scheduling and other factors. Rather than just diving into a project and hoping for the best, GMAP can aid in a feasibility study. This allows the stakeholders and project managers to investigate the possible negative and positive outcomes of a project before investing too much time and money. The advantage to GMAP is the true hands on experience in directly operating facilities.
"GMAP IS YOUR ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS"
GMAP has helped our leadership team grow to the next level by providing challenges and fun all wrapped into 1 fun class! Kenny challenges us to think outside of the box and gives us insight into new ways of operating. Seeing the personal growth of each person has been very rewarding and is compounded by the effects it has had on others within the team and our business as a whole. We look forward to any opportunity we have to invite Kenny back!
