Feasibility Studies

GMAP provides an analysis of the ability to complete a project successfully, taking into account legal, economic, technological, scheduling and other factors. Rather than just diving into a project and hoping for the best, GMAP can aid in a feasibility study. This allows the stakeholders and project managers to investigate the possible negative and positive outcomes of a project before investing too much time and money.  The advantage to GMAP is the true hands on experience in directly operating facilities.

Consulting and Mentoring Services

  • Consulting services-refers to GMAP assisting private, state or municipal organizations while improving performance, resources, and services through analysis of existing problems, opportunities and development of future plans.
  • A mentoring service-GMAP works directly in the field with our partners and clients. Mentoring  includes team development, training, project management, operations, risk management, employee morale, and both enterprise and individual career-related issues.
  • GMAP provides reports and follow through to assure the client's objectives are achieved successfully.
  • GMAP is able to consult on specific departments to assist in the specific management of a person or a complete team growth.
